ACV has been part of the consortium “Independent Slovak Airport Partners (ISAP)”, comprising the Cologne-Bonn International Airport and the Galaxy Fund, for the bid that was submitted in terms of the Privatization of a state shareholding in the companies the Bratislava Airport and Airport Kosice, Slovak Republic. ACV also led a consulting team through the entire bid stage, comprising e.g. local advisors and experts such as: legal, financial and tax accounting. Prior to, and as part of the bid ACV concluded a fully fledged Strategic Development Concept.
